Debunking the Post-Election Claims Made by Pat Kistner Mr. Kistner's riddiculous claims are in BLUE. My responses are under them and in BLACK Accusations * Accused of trying to “rig” elections with only one candidate per office It has been proven that they tried to rig the election for Timko, so anything’s possible with them, apparently. * Extremely derogatory/threating emails and communications People who read the election emails page know that Raklovits and Kistner are the ones who were absolutely nasty with me throughout this whole ordeal. * Barely made quorum due to “new” election procedure. Pat Kistner received at least 48 votes for Pres. That means that we met quorum with five to spare. I want everyone to read the response to this next one to see who and what Kistner really is. * Previous procedures returned over 75% participation. This is an exact quote from Pat Kistner on December 2, 2022 where he says something quite contrary to this claim. Here it is: “This comes as no surprise to anyone who has served as a member of the Board of Directors over the past years, including myself for the last four years, as the lack of interest displayed by the membership has been quite a hurdle to overcome.” Too bad we’ll never hear how Patrick reconciles these statements. Remember when Marianne Goeringer went around the complex in a frenzy in November into December of 2020 persistently pestering people to vote; begging to barely reach a quorum that year? Apparently, the Kistner model was pretty bad given that Goeringer rang my bell for a solid half hour on a Sunday morning at 9am. Of course, I refused to answer the door. I had already told her I would not vote under the circumstances of how voting was carried out. Proven Results * Exceptional appearance of the BVA property as stated by many realtors. I couldn’t catch my breath reading that whopper. Most of us only need look out our front doors to see the incompetance that created that mess. Here’s a picture for unit owners who may not know. Gotta love that ‘beauty’ Pat… * Greatly improved $/sq. ft. on sales over the last 36 months. * Greatly reduced days on market over the last 36 months. I laughed quite hard at these whoppers, as well. I seriously doubt that Kistner could produce a shred of evidence that he had anything to do with it. We are in a housing bubble, and the market is glut. Just shameless, Pat. * “Seniority” does not constitute special privileges/considerations. * In a group of 84, one will never please everyone. I don’t know about the “seniority” thing, but wielding childish and unprofessional vendettas against unit owners does show that you misuse your authority to harass certain owners.
