Claims Made by Pat Raklovits My responses are under them and in BLACK I decline the position of BVA Treasurer. I want to make certain that the BVA membership clearly understands my reasons. As has been competently reported across this site, Ms. Raklovits knew full well that she had no intention of abdicating her elected position. It was all part of the conspiracy to execute a coup of the VP position by mob action and criminal intimidation. I have lived at Brookside Village since 2012. I have served as the President, Secretary and Treasurer; as well as serving on Budget and Maintenance committees. I enjoy volunteering to keep our community running smoothly. During this time, I have worked with many Board Volunteers, and we have all gained knowledge about what it takes to run this Village. We have all worked together in harmony. How many good Board candidates did you run off (via harassment, negligence, and/or defamation) in order to attain those positions, Ms Raklovits? You keep and execute vendettas against unit owners with whom you cannot seem to have honest, rational conversations. You have no professionalism about you, and you did try to rig an election and committed what could be construed as criminal acts in the process. The case of Dennis Smelzer 100% contradicts Ms Raklovits dishonest statement about harmony. I refuse to serve on the BVA Board of Directors or any committee thereof, on which James Wilson is a member. He is a Rude, Condescending Bully. He sits behind a computer, listening to and repeating mean spirited gossip along with propagating conspiracy theories. I have been accused of rigging BVA elections and threatened by a lawsuit. I have copies of the Emails if anyone is interested in reading them. Again, Ms Raklovits knew she wasn’t abdicating her seat. She had no such intention. These false statements were part of the con to start the failed coup. Raklovits, in her usual unprofessional way, engaged in personal attacks against me instead of talking about how she and Kistner tried to rig the 2022 BVA elections. It should be obvious to everyone that I wasn’t going to abide by Kistner's and Raklovits's election fraud. She was finally confronted with a taste of how it is actually good people who cannot work well with crooks like her and Kistner. Pretty difficult to rig an election when we can barely find candidates. However, when he learned there would be 2 candidates for the position of VP he felt threatened and again wrote very slanderous accusations against me. Here again, Ms Raklovits recites the oft-told, yet never true, statement that “people don’t want to run” and “people don’t want to serve on committees.” I have thoroughly debunked those statements, and both Kistner and Raklovits should be ashamed for ever having come up with those statements. They (and I) know full-well that they actively keep people off of the Board and committees. Once I was finally told the name “Timko,” I actually told Raklovits that I welcomed the challenge in a proper, free and fair election. So, again Raklovits is telling purposefully deceitful statements to the BVA community. If you had any shame, you would step down now, Ms Raklovits. But, we know how you and Kistner roll. Yet, Kistner and Raklovits refused to name him until the phone conversation with Raklovits, where she was quite the “rude, condescending bully” to me. Remember, when I asked Kistner and Raklovits about the open VP position, they trotted out that fake line about how “nobody wants to run.” I said, I do. Their world came crashing down upon them at that moment, and they panicked. I have asked them repeatedly why Kistner was scheming to create two VP slots if “nobody wants to run?” Neither he nor Raklovits have yet to answer that question.
