After Kistner and Raklovits failed to keep me off of the BVA 2022 ballot, they began to conspire on how they could try to intimidate me off of the Board with two sets of mob action. The first was attempted on December 5, 2022 at the Village Tea Room @ 3301 Robbins Rd. Springfield, Il. The second occurred after former Board President, Stephanie Feist, misappropriated our private email data (without investigation by the Board) to incite the attendees of the Tea Room to resume their nasty and wholly-unfounded attacks on me. There is no doubt as to the intent that Kistner and Raklovits put into this scam.

As a prelude to events, let us look at a specific reality that Kistner articulated in one of his nasty email messages to me on December 7, 2022. In it, you will read where Kistner admits that, since I had run unopposed, voting for myself alone meant that I was elected to the office of Vice President of the Board. It is key to destroying their conspiracy described below because it meant that they knew this fact as they were printing the ballots to be sent out with their names on it. They had also already concocted their “rude, condescending, bully” nonsense because I was able to thwart their election fraud attempts to that point. Kistner and I finally hammered out procedures for the upcoming election on November 5, 2022. The ballot held three uncontested seats: President, Vice President, and Treasurer. Kistner and Raklovits then printed out and sent out the ballots and other materials immediately; again with their names on it. Since Kistner and Raklovits KNEW that I would win my seat, this is where they should have refused to run for their seats. They knew I would win, but they put their names on the ballot anyway (despite their later statements on December 7, 2022). There were no email exchanges between either of them to me about their intentions to create a mob action against me at the December 5, 2022 meeting at the Tea Room. Why didn’t they pull their names in the first place, so as to save the BVA members so much “drama” over my becoming a Board member? Their intent was to commit criminal intimidation and incite mob action against me at that Tea Room and beyond.

As you can see from the Election Frauds (Part I) page, I was courteous and polite to both Kistner and Raklovits for over a month without response until they became most uncivil with me at the beginning of November 2022. That was after I discovered their attempt to install Timko via an illegal scam. Kistner and Raklovits then decided to use my busting them as a way to say that I am a “rude, condescending, bully.” Nothing could be further from the truth in all of this, but it is a common tactic for them to call the kettle black at any given chance. They could have alerted the BVA community on November 5, 2022 that they would not run if I did. Of course, they did not do that. They wanted the seats, regardless. Their goal was to then intimidate me to resign at the December 5, 2022 Annual meeting. Their plan mostly failed because I had an emergency with my home’s thermostat during a cold spell and had to wait for HVAC to show up at almost 6pm that night to fix it. I emailed the Board to tell them that I could not attend, but there was no response. Despite my absence, Kistner and Raklovits went ahead with their criminal conspiracy to commit mob action anyway.

Kistner and Raklovits conned the attendees into believing contrived falsehoods about me as they stoked the small crowd to vengeance against someone those people had never met. I was not made aware of Kistner’s and Raklovits’s criminal behavior until I received the BVA Blast email full of “false and disparaging statements” against me arrived. As you can read from both the Election Fraud Part I and Kistner’s Laughable Claims pages, what Kistner and Raklovits wrote were complete defamatory falsehoods. Why have Kistner and Raklovits not stepped down for violating BVA rules regarding Blast email services in that way? They thought they could generate a lot of false animosity toward me with that defamatory Blast email, as well. It backfired, however, since I received no negative emails or phone calls at that time.

Things changed a week later after former BVA President, Stephanie Feist, made every unit owner’s private data public as a way to continue the conspiracy toward mob action to criminally intimidate me to resign my seat. Of course, these attacks failed, as well, once I alerted everyone that their data had been compromised because of Feist, Kistner, and Raklovits. I have not heard another peep out of most of those cowards again after that; well, there is one exception, but she has demonstrated herself to be highly emotionally-unstable. I say that without any hyperbole of any kind. But, that maybe a matter for the Springfield police if it continues. Kistner and Raklovits have stirred her up with a mountain of false statements against me. Again, if they had any shame, honesty, or integrity about themselves, they'd resign in disgrace immediately. They won't, however, because they are shameless crooks.
