After the announcement of votes, Patricia Raklovits asked to speak to the assembled Owners. She thanked the membership for their votes. However, she is declining the position and she wanted to make certain everyone knew exactly why. A copy of her statement is attached."

"Patrick Kistner spoke with the membership and declined his position. Both officers refuse to work with or be associated with the VP Candidate, James Wilson. He is a rude, condescending bully. He has accused the Board of rigging the elections, threatened lawsuits, and generally made day to day operation stressful for the current Board."

Everything these two accused me of can be deduced back to the fact that I caught them trying to rig an election using illegal means. If that was "stressful" for them, then it shows that they have no moral compass whatsoever. At this point, they each knew that they had no intention of stepping away from the Board. It was intentional deceit on their part to bring about a coup for the office of VP.
